After some eight or nine years without a bike, the tide has turned again.
Purchased a two-year old BMW R1100RL last night. That is the 'classic'
looking roadster with white pinstripes on a black tank, spoke wheels, and
chromed cylinder heads. Very spiffy. First two-cylinder bike following the
three thumpers way back when in the mid-80s to early 90s.
