Title: Xpose 4 Specific Functions Package
Diff between xpose4specific versions 4.3.5 dated 2012-04-19 and 4.4.0 dated 2012-10-17
More information about xpose4specific at CRAN
Description: Xpose is collection of packages to be used as a model
building aid for non-linear mixed effects (population) analysis
using NONMEM. It facilitates data set checkout, exploration and
visualization, model diagnostics, candidate covariate
identification and model comparison. Xpose4specific is a
package containing specific plotting functions, which require
relatively little user input, but are less customizable than
the plot commands found in xpose4generic.

regression model
Diff between crrstep versions 2012-8.13 dated 2012-08-14 and 2012-10.13 dated 2012-10-17
Description: Performs forward and backwards stepwise regression for the
Proportional subdistribution hazards model in competing risks
(Fine & Gray 1999). Procedure uses AIC, BIC and BICcr as
selection criteria. BICcr has a penalty of k = log(n*), where
n* is the number of primary events.

Title: Network analysis and visualization, old, deprecated package.
Diff between igraph0 versions 0.5.5-2 dated 2012-06-12 and 0.5.5-3 dated 2012-10-17
Description: Network analysis package, old, deprecated version.
'igraph0' is the old version of the igraph package, kept alive
temporarily, for compatibility reasons. In this package,
vertices and edges are indexed from zero, whereas in 'igraph',
starting from version 0.6, they are indexed from one. Please do
not use this package for new projects.

Title: Tuning Insensitive Graph Estimation and Regression
Diff between bigmatrix versions 0.9.5 dated 2012-09-23 and 0.9.6 dated 2012-10-17
Description: The package "bigmatrix" estimates high dimensional
precision matrices for Gaussian graphical models. We adopt
three estimation procedures based on column by column
regression: (1) Tuning-Insensitive Graph Estimation and
Regression (TIGER); (2) The Constrained L1 Minimization for
Sparse Precision Matrix Estimation (CLIME); (3) Adaptive CLIME
for Sparse Precision Matrix Estimation (ADP). The optimization
algorithms for all three methods are based on alternative
direction method combined with coordinate decent. The
computation is memory-optimized using the sparse matrix output.

Title: Maximum Likelihood Difference Scaling
Diff between MLDS versions 0.4.0 dated 2011-11-25 and 0.4.1 dated 2012-10-17
Description: Difference scaling is a method for scaling perceived
supra-threshold differences. The package contains functions
that allow the user to design and run a difference scaling
experiment, to fit the resulting data by maximum likelihood and
test the internal validity of the estimated scale.
