Just returned from the Universal Sole Lakefront 10 (miles) race. On a
gorgeously sunny Chicago morning, it was really pretty. Somehow I tied my
shoes too tightly so I had to adjust that about 4 miles in. Quite happy with
my time of 81:35 which is just under 8:10 / mile.
