This race marks the the inofficial start of the running season in Greater Chicago and is pretty well attended. Weather was fair, not great, at 31 to 32 degrees and overcast, but no wind. It's quite hilly up there, and a decent race. Finished with a nice time of 1h 38m 42s for a pace of 7:32, and ran pretty steadily. Having the Garmin compute "relative" positioning for a desired pace really helps -- I set it to 1h 40m and ended up beating that by a good minute.
