Title: Generalized Method of Moments and Generalized Empirical
Likelihood
Diff between gmm versions 1.3-8 dated 2011-07-28 and 1.4-0 dated 2012-05-25
Description: It is a complete suite to estimate models based on moment
conditions. It includes the two step Generalized method of
moments (GMM) of Hansen(1982), the iterated GMM and continuous
updated estimator (CUE) of Hansen-Eaton-Yaron(1996) and several
methods that belong to the Generalized Empirical Likelihood
(GEL) family of estimators, as presented by Smith(1997),
Kitamura(1997), Newey-Smith(2004) and Anatolyev(2005).

Title: Generic Reproducible Parallel Backend for foreach Loops
Diff between doRNG versions 1.3 dated 2012-05-22 and 1.4.1 dated 2012-05-25
Description: This package provides functions to perform reproducible
parallel foreach loops, using independent random streams as
generated by L'Ecuyer's combined multiple-recursive generator
[L'Ecuyer (1999)]. It enables to easily convert standard
%dopar% loops into fully reproducible loops, independently of
the number of workers, the task scheduling strategy, or the
chosen parallel environment and associated foreach backend.

Title: classes and methods for spatio-temporal data
Diff between spacetime versions 0.6-2 dated 2012-03-30 and 0.7-0 dated 2012-05-25
Description: A package with classes and methods for spatio-temporal
data. In particular, space-time regular lattices, sparse
lattices, irregular data, and simple trajectories are
supported. Utility functions are provided for plotting data as
map sequences (lattice or animation) or multiple time series;
for spatial and temporal selection, as well as methods for
retrieving coordinates, for subsetting, print, summary, etc.

Title: Framework for the analysis of genomic prediction data using R
Diff between synbreed versions 0.9-2 dated 2012-03-22 and 0.9-3 dated 2012-05-25
Description: The package was developed within the Synbreed project for
synergistic plant and animal breeding (www.synbreed.tum.de). It
contains a collection of functions required for genomic
prediction in both plant and animal breeding. This covers data
processing, data visualization and analysis. All functions are
embedded within the framework of a single, unified data object.
The implementation is flexible with respect to a wide range of
data formats. This research was funded by the German Federal
Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) within the
AgroClustEr Synbreed - Synergistic plant and animal breeding
(FKZ 0315528A).

Title: Matrix eQTL: Ultra fast eQTL analysis via large matrix
operations
Diff between MatrixEQTL versions 1.6.0 dated 2012-05-17 and 1.6.1 dated 2012-05-25
Description: Matrix eQTL is designed for fast eQTL analysis on large
datasets. Matrix eQTL can test for association between
genotype and gene expression using linear regression with
either additive or ANOVA genotype effects. The models can
include covariates to account for factors as population
stratification, gender, and clinical variables. It also
supports models with heteroscedastic and/or correlated errors,
false discovery rate estimation and separate treatment of local
(cis) and distant (trans) eQTLs.

Title: EcoTroph modelling support
Diff between EcoTroph versions 1.2 dated 2012-02-16 and 1.3 dated 2012-05-25
Description: EcoTroph is an approach and software for modelling marine
and freshwater ecosystems. It is articulated entirely around
trophic levels. EcoTroph's key displays are bivariate plots,
with trophic level as the abscissa, and biomass flows or
related quantities as ordinate. Thus, trophic ecosystem
functioning can be modelled as a continuous flow of biomass
surging up the food web, from lower to higher trophic levels,
because of predation and ontogenic processes. Such an approach,
wherein species as such disappear, may be regarded as
constituting the ultimate stage in the use of the trophic level
metric for ecosystem modelling, providing a simplified but
potentially useful caricature of ecosystem functioning and
impact of fishing.
